Under the supervision of company attorneys, the candidate will manage the enterprise-wide regulatory compliance activities for commercial products and services offered by the company, including telematics subscription programs, motor clubs and other membership clubs. Candidate will be provide guidance to the company associates on compliance issues. As his/her secondary activities, the candidate will assist company attorneys in other department legal activities.
Skills/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5-7 years experience in regulatory compliance field (ideally in the insurance industry), with at least 2 years in a corporate environment or state insurance department; Paralegal experiences helpful but not required
* Ability to synthesize complex or diverse regulatory information, collect and research data
* Confidence in communicating directly with regulatory agencies as well as with clients
* Demonstrates attention to detail; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
* Exercises extreme discretion in the handling of highly sensitive and confidential information
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Occasional travel may be required
